The idea of Gnoccheria comes from the observation of a traditional gesture. My Grandma uses of a fork to create reliefs on the surface of the gnocchi for a better absorption of the sauce. With this tool you can apply three different decoration on the gnocchi to have a special meal. Also great for decorating cookies.
